Background: On 20/12/1994, Ghana issued a set of three stamps (see by clicking on Ghana – 50th Anniversary of ICAO) to commemorate the 50th anniversary of ICAO; the prior values of those stamps were overprinted in black and the new value of 6000ce in black was printed.

For the three stamps of this issue, the Organization’s name is printed with s instead of z. The correct name is: International Civil Aviation Organization.
