Background: Anguilla used the three postage stamp designs proposed by ICAO for the 40th anniversary (see details at the following link: The 40th Anniversary). Designed by Richard Granger Barrett; printed by Ueberreuter. No watermark. Granger Barrett was a well-known stamp designer and poster artist. Ueberreuter is an Austrian publishing house. Founded as Carl Ueberreuter Verlag in 1946 by Thomas Franz Wilhelm Salzer, today the company is Austria's biggest publisher of non-fiction literature. |
